Tootal have changed their ordering system and not for the better. Couldn’t pay online they no longer will allow you to pay over phone then when the food was delivered they wanted cash. I had to leave the house to get some money! Totally Terrible Tootal you need to review this new system or end up losing customers. Food: 4 Service: 1

We ordered the munchie box A.. did not expect it to be as big as it was could easily feed four.. included two cans of pop and prawn crackers very reasonable price £21 including delivery. Called in last night ordered the bq spare ribs to house special fried rice a portion of chips and a fish and chips all was cooked fresh not waiting to long all the food was perfect used to go to here when it wax the phoenix and can honestly say I will only be using this chippy going forward.

Well we got beef n mushrooms and Beef curry hubby has bad stomach I feel sick wont be using them again I'll go back to bo wha when they reopen
