The Tower Bar - Reserva de mesa

I love the ambiance of Tower Bar, and have enjoyed it when I’ve come for drinks and the live music. Dinner for my birthday was not as expected and for the amount you’re paying it’s a bit disappointing. We ordered our drinks when we arrived and didn’t receive them until a half hour later. By the time we got them we immediately ordered another round so we didn’t have to wait until the check for the second ones to come. The food came quickly, however the fingerling potatoes were so over cooked they were burnt and dried out. I couldn’t force myself to keep eating them. the tower bar has been on the move for more than years. reminds of cipriani’s the old school stop on the strip has a great bar and magnificent view. it also had good food. if they are looking for a good meal, they go elsewhere. there are many great restaurant options in la. last time when I dined at tb, the filet was inedible, tough as shoe leather. this time the new york (ordered medium) came cold to the touch. by asking myself if tb now simply precooks various cuts and finishes ordering them. I returned my new york to the kitchen and expected a freshly prepared steak. Surprisingly, the waitress returned with my original, well made steak say that this is all that the kitchen would do. I know it’s crowded on a Friday night but the staff was SO rude to us from the moment we walked in the door. We had reservations but they acted like we were inconveniencing them. I love the sunset tower but I don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon. Especially not as a hotel guest.

Great place for birthday lunch or dinner. Very accommodating host handles seating with aplomb. Food good. Coffee great. Cocktails could be more inspired. Dogs allowed on terrace. All round great place to dine. Reserva una mesa ahora
