We have had the pleasure of staying at the Travellers Rest in the Nab View apartment for the second time. The accommodation is ideal for 2 couples, with both bedrooms having en-suite bathrooms. The apartment is tastefully furnished and decorated, equipped with everything needed for self-catering. The pub, located on the outskirts of Meltham, offers stunning views. The staff are friendly, approachable, and always willing to help with any issues. The pub serves fantastic beer from its own small brewery, including Timothy Taylor’s Landlord. During a short break in my hometown of Meltham, I stayed at a quaint accommodation with a friend and her young daughter. The place was charming, with top-notch amenities and everything one could need. Comfortable beds and excellent showers added to the overall feeling of coziness. The staff were friendly upon arrival and departure, and there were fantastic walking paths starting right outside the door, offering breathtaking views of the moors. I highly recommend staying here.
Always enjoy a visit to the the Travellers Rest Inn Meltham. But recently the bar flys at the end if the bar spoil the visit by the swearing that goes on. I feel this is very much a family Inn, but the language that comes from these customers is not conducive to a polite social evening. If this was to continue then we would take our custom elsewhere
stunning stunning apartment, well equipped, immaculate and from a very high standard. the gas house is located in a beautiful environment that sells great real ales from their own brewery tape. wonderful friendly staff can not do enough for them. highly recommended

large sitting area in the open, which is beautiful. interiors are also beautiful, more open than before, which feels beautiful and more up-to-date. a great selection of real ales, if that's what they are, but also all the others they expect to be available.
a really nice evening here with my family (my wife, three daughters and their partner) a rumpas burger and drinks. the pub was very busy, but all the employees worked very hard to take care of all, most pleasant will definitely be back!

Love this pub. Friendly staff, gorgeous views from the new garden, dog-friendly. Doesn't serve food though, so eat first or later!

Beautifully kept and poured IPA. Worth a visit for that alone. Points lost for car park view and astro turf grass.
Absolutely without doubt great pint of real ale, crisps aren't bad either. Well worth a visit if passing.
