You feel like you're going back in time when you enter this beautiful, contemporary building. With vintage music, picturesque tearooms and a beautiful outdoor garden area, food here is a treat from the beginning to the end. I brought my wife here for my birthday after discovering some vegan options on the menu. We had two vegan afternoon teas that were very good price at £12.95pp. This included a trio of cakes mini strawberry cheesecake, fruity butterflies and coconut and lime cakes vegan cheese and Mayo finger sandwiches and scones with coconut tinted cream and jam. I would definitely give this place 5 stars if I could. During my visit to Plymouth, I stopped by this lovely restaurant on my own. The building is beautiful and historic, and they've decorated the interior in a really charming way. It's small, which adds to the cozy atmosphere typical of old buildings. I enjoy food that evokes nostalgia, and for many Brits, there's nothing better than a classic cream and jam treat by the seaside. I tried the vegan version with coconut cream, and it was spot on. I had previously thought some delights, like cream teas, were off-limits for vegans, but this was a truly delicious experience, and they did an excellent job with it. I hope they will consider expanding their sandwich options in the future, as there are great vegan alternatives available for meats like ham and chicken. They also offer a vegan cream tea for £6.95 per person, and it's possible to make their vegetarian breakfast vegan-friendly upon request, though I didn’t try that. Overall, it was a wonderful visit!

I was thrilled to find a restaurant that offers vegan cream teas. However, I was disappointed because the scones were a bit stale and dry, which is why I rated it two stars.
