Yesterday, I decided to place a pickup order because I really enjoy their pizza and want to support local businesses. I thought picking it up would avoid any issues. Unfortunately, I was mistaken. I ordered online hours in advance and arrived after getting confirmation, only to find out they never received my order. I was pressed for time and couldn't wait for them to prepare it. On a positive note, the management was helpful in processing a refund.
Despite the food being delicious, the hassle just isn’t worth it. I’ll be looking for a more reliable place for my future orders.
Pizza is decent (by Boston standards).The service? I wouldn't call it that. The young woman at the counter who sold me the slice, had a bored if not sullen expression on her face. I gave her a one-dollar tip, hoping to cheer her up a bit. No results. I know one dollar doesn't go far these days, but something tells me that no amount would solve the problem at hand... Vegetarian options: Never mind vegetarian options. Get rid of sourpusses at the counter.
Unfortunately, I didn't have a great experience. Only option for slices were pepperoni and waited 15 min+ for a salad. Food was good but you can likely get equal quality and better service elsewhere. Dietary restrictions: Although there is a gluten-free crust option, not recommended for anyone with a gluten allergy as crusts are not prepared/grilled separately to minimize/eliminate contamination
Doesn't honor Gift Cards online. Had to go into the store and order and wait for the pizza after spending 30 minutes online and on the phone with the cashier (who was very friendly). Pizza was dry and lacked the typical chunky tomato sauce. Was disappointed.They really need to check their new website payment processing. It does not work with gift cards or promo codes.

Upper Crust Pizza is undoubtedly the best spot for thin crust pizza in Boston. My personal favorite is the Margherita pizza. The restaurant has ample seating, and their freshly baked pizza is simply outstanding! If you can't finish it, you can take it home and reheat it in the oven—it's still delicious! I’m looking forward to trying other flavors next time.
Clean tables decent slice of cheese. No nonsense. What more do you want from a pizzeria? 10/10 Parking: Free street parking if you rock commercial plates. Kid-friendliness: Feel safe bringing my pizza eating gremlins here
First time here. Best pizza I've had in a very long time. Pizza was nice and hot, service was quick and the young lady at the counter was more than welcoming. Will definitely be coming back!
I had a great slice here the other day. The chicken tenders were also really good. The young lady working the counter was very nice too.

This dependable local chain offers great gluten-free options that have never let us down! I also really enjoy their buffalo chicken.
