I wasn't a fan of the tomato chutney on the urban burger, as I expected something similar to a verde or Indian cilantro/mint chutney, but it turned out to be just chopped up pickled red pieces. The cauliflower bites were more like chunks rather than bites—too heavy to achieve a crispy texture. They were topped with some kind of red sauce and pickled onions, making the dish resemble pickled cauliflower rather than the buffalo crispy cauliflower bites I had anticipated. Todays experience wasn’t a pleasant one.We had a horrible waiter unlike other times.The food wasn’t prepared the way we ordered. The waiter never came over to see how was the food and if we need anything. We asked for napkins we got two little bar napkins. Finally we had to asked another waiter for the check. Our waiter decided to bring us the check which he placed it on the table and didn’t say a word. All I can think is that this person had no manners and no proper training. The Urban Hamlet needs to hired people with experience and some level of basic education.
Cool, casual, and comfortable but classy ambiance that allowed for a mix of guests (indoor and outdoor) including happy hour bar patrons, families, couples, etc.The staff was very attentive and the food was decent. We went as a two family group of 8 and my wife advised that I should be planning a return for date night.Kid friendliness: We didn't feel self conscious with our group of four sweet but decibel challenged little ones.
Food and drinks were excellent. We had the tuna nachos first and we each ordered a flatbread (figs and blanco). The place is a bit dark and the acoustics aren't great. My friend felt she was speaking too loud and I couldn't hear her.

Honestly, this was the best meal I've ever ordered through DoorDash. I would definitely recommend it—10 out of 10! It was absolutely fantastic!
I visited Urban Hamlet for the first time and absolutely loved the atmosphere. The service was excellent and the food was fantastic!
I love this place. I’ve never had a crab empanada before until today. It was so tasty, the filling inside was seasoned well.
I mentioned in the notes that I wanted cheese and onions on my burger, but they didn't include them.
