The Victoria - Reserva de mesa

Went in for a quick pint and I have to say that I've never seen such bad customer service in all my life wow. No greeting just a weird awkward glare like I was some kind of high profile criminal or something. As I was looking for what beer they had... no recommendation as to what ale to recommend or what is popular... just a weird glare. Never felt so uncomfortable in my life. Remember losing a job because I didn't ask the customer if they wanted a bag..... yet they allow someone to have zero social skills to be at the forefront on a business. The staff need to remember that they not there only to pull pints.. they also need to make the customer feel welcome and positive and want to return.....

what's not to love ?! a truly cracking place with great beer choice and large variety of excellent food to eat plus can vouch for the sandwiches! . Superb setting right next to the Beeston Railway Station (straight off the platform! . Never fails to give me enjoyment! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

First visit since moving away over ten years ago. It was like meeting an old friend once again, a very comforting experience. We had an excellent lunch and drinks with great service.
