The Watering Hole Downtown In L

My parents went to this restaurant to eat, even though they barely speak English, they were able to order. However, the waiter discriminated against them by taking everyone else's order first, leaving them waiting a long time for their food. Their food eventually came out cold, which has happened multiple times at this location and others.
