I have to give a star. Ordered chicken Parm and shrimp scampi. Having to ask for Parm the waiter brought us sour kraut. Not realizing it my daughter puts it on her chicken Parm. Then the waiter comes back and puts motz on the table. He says sorry I told the kitchen to give me Parmesan . Having no clue what he meant because didn 't say a word, my kid and boyfriend started smelling what the hell they just mixed all through their food. And still got charged almost $100 for us 3 to eat. Hidden Gem in Rockland! I have been in a few times for lunch and beers. Food is excellent lots of options. Can't wait to take the wife there for dinner sometime. The dinner menu looks fantastic ?. Big out side deck and comfortable indoor dining. Wonderful and friendly staff definitely check Waterworks out if you're in the area! You won't be disappointed.
We had an amazing experience at this restaurant. The staff was extremely attentive from the moment we arrived to when we left after a short 15-minute wait. The beer was excellent, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect for a pub/restaurant. We will definitely be returning next time we are in town. Jan and Annika from Virginia Beach
We have eaten here twice and both times the food was excellent. This most recent time they were busy and we waited about 15 minutes before a hostess came out to seat us, but it was worth the wait and I can forgive them for ignoring us for so long. The shepherd’s pie is the best I have ever had.

This local restaurant is excellent. The food is great. However, there was a long wait to be seated due to staffing shortages. The server was very nice and efficient. The service and food were both rated as a 5 out of 5, while the atmosphere was rated as a 4.
I ordered the receipt. it was ready when they said it would be nice. Each of us enjoyed what we ordered with two of us who enjoy our mushroom dicks burger. the personal we treated was pleasant. would order again.
Thought you should know! Never got to sample from the menu. Never got past the lobby! Had the audacity to bring our properly registered SERVICE dog and guess what Waterworks doesn't serve the handicapped!
atmosphere is loud and service is extremely slow! I cost 40 minutes for my friend and only got our appetizers. will definitely not recommend

The Buffalo chicken dip appetizer was a winner! The margarita was excellent, and we received great service along with delicious food.
