I was there on Friday night, it was busy, but after 7:30 a.m. it was quieter. we sat closer to the back of the restaurant where a beautiful evening light came in. the personal was friendly, though, when my friend arrived, she was not allowed to come through even though we were already there. the host insisted that she was waiting for her to come back. that was delicious. good menu. great drinks menu also. I had the black-belled Bao beer, which was beautiful and fluffy. the sauce was sweet and sticky, but not too sick. then I had the seabrane, which was a very generous part and delicious. the chorizo could have been a bit stronger, but still enjoyed it. I had a mini desert, brownie and latte....

We had a fantastic lunch here and can't wait to return. Both the bar and dining area indoors are impressive with lovely decor, they're spacious and cosy. We decided to sit outside which is equally impressive, with plenty of large tables on the patio area and more across the lawn. Staff were super friendly and the menu had a decent selection. Prices aren't cheap but the worth it for the quality of the food and portion sizes. The duck liver port parfait starter was presented well and had the right amount of bread served with it. friendly personal friendly environment and pleasant furnishings. good to eat with friends family or as date. the food was hot and delicious, chips a bit too salty, but all arrived immediately and the staff was very attentive. large selection of meat and vegetables options as well as a selection of salads and healthier options. extensive beverage menu plus softdrinks coffee etc. we will come again next time. toilets are very clean and accessible via stairs. I think this pub also takes food or home delivery.

for dinner for my birthday and it was one of the best meals I ever had in a restaurant. each dish was immaculate and tasted so amazing. I just wish I ordered the 8 lambs as they were amazing! the starters came out really fast, net lasted a little longer, but totally wait worth

last minute booking for Sunday lunch, first visit and we were pleasantly surprised, luigi was a big waiter and francis at the bar made great drinks! good sorts of veg and non-veg with massive portions! will definitely visit again!
