The Wenlock Smoothie

I have been coming to this restaurant for years. The food is good and the service is usually good as well. However, during my recent visit, the cafe was busy (more than 3 tables, which is a lot for this small space). I ordered drinks and breakfast and waited for a long time. The person cooking the food even walked out of the kitchen to chat with friends outside. When I finally approached the counter to inquire about my order, the woman with red hair went to talk to the cook, who then started cooking our food. It seemed like our order had been overlooked. The real issue, however, is that no one at this restaurant ever apologizes or smiles. The staff all have sour faces and do not acknowledge...

Not the typical friendly welcome that you get in this lovely small town. We have always used The Wenlock Smoothie in Much Wenlock, and have been regular customers. But after today we will find somewhere else in Much Wenlock. I have always found Much Wenlock a friendly little town but certainly not in the Wenlock Smoothie, we walked in and said hello, nothing, no response, no response when we were leaving after saying thank you to the waitresses. We will use somewhere else in future. What is the matter with these people that they can’t be civil and acknowledge you. It’s your business that you are affecting. Bye

I went to this restaurant with my son and his family, and the two ladies working there were very welcoming. I ordered a bacon and egg roll which was delicious and filled with excellent bacon. The milkshake was also amazing! The ladies appeared to take pleasure in their work, and their cheerful and happy demeanor made the experience even more enjoyable.

The restaurant offers fantastic, friendly service and a menu with something for everyone, despite being small. The food is made to order, so expect a bit of a wait. The homemade cakes are delicious and reasonably priced. Support small businesses by paying in cash to avoid high bank charges that can hurt them. Reserva una mesa ahora

Brilliant little cafe and dog friendly. It is small but we were lucky with the weather so we sat outside looking at the lovely centre of Much Wenlock. I had a smoothie which was excellent and great value for money as was the very large slice of millionaires shortcake. Would return without hesitation.

It has friendly staff and does an excellent bacon sandwich comfortably seating no Loud music a nice environment the owner will take her time to say hello and go the extra mile to help ,human and dog friendly establishment

Very friendly and helpful staff. We had hot chocolates and a coconut milkshake and all were delicious. Dog friendly and loved the idea of a chatter table for people on their own

We popped in for a flat white and two hot chocolates. Delightful ambience and top notch drinks at reasonable prices. Great service Strongly recommended.

Always our first stop when in Much Wenlock. Great tea and toast or breakfast sandwich. Seating is limited, so best to get there early!
