We came here tonight for our anniversary dinner. This place is a 10/10! The food was incredible. The service was amazing. Trevor was our server and he did an awesome job. He started off by asking if we had any allergies which I appreciated so much, especially since I usually have to ask questions about a few of my allergies. So thoughtful! We splurged a bit and it was sooo worth it. Got the beef bulgogi lettuce wraps to start and they were phenomenal. Then came the bone marrow next. It was so flavorful! We had dinner here for our anniversary and WOW! Food was amazing. The Quail and Brussel Sprout were to die for. The Crab Hushpuppies were little balls of heaven. Light crispy little pillows. Dry Aged Chops and Steaks were soooo juicy! Blood Orange Poppy Cake... get it! ‐ The ambiance was pretty cool. Very modern industrial look. Very nice place to have drinks as well as a full dinner. We went out to eat here a few weeks ago for our anniversary--our first time dining in since the pandemic got bad. The food here was incredible, and even with the new social distance layout we liked the atmosphere. We had attentive, friendly service and they made sure cocktails, appetizers, and entrees were all just right. We really enjoyed the grilled quail and the Vietnamese style strip steak. Great restaurant! Elegant environment. Staff are helpful but not pushy. The food is solid and consistent. You can see them preparing the food and it is an efficient process, which I appreciate. It is one of my go-to restaurants in town, somewhere I could eat at weekly. I wish there were more vegetarian/vegan dishes, or at least dishes in which an animal protein wasn't the emphasis. Keep up the good work!

wow! cocktails good, cäsar salat worked, vietnamese seasoned steak was u n b e w a ble! big aromen. rich salty, spicy, big Asian vegetables and roasted rice. taste buds love this now. the restaurant was busy on Tuesday night (will make you much fun! so a little time to prepare. the waiter kept the wein so smooth. I think geduld is a virtuous. I envy the happy inhabitants of lubbock. will come back!

Now, to begin, that was my first time to eat here. I must say I was very impressed! I give it 5 and here is the reason. number 1, our waiter was very attentive and very informative. he was so easy to talk and I hope he knows that! thank you alec! we celebrated the birthday of our best friend patsy. we had dessert. that was the first. yummm!

Best fine dining in Lubbock. Never had a bad meal. Great bourbon selection. Unique mixed drink menu. Get reservations. Almost always need one.
