Crinan - Reserva de mesa

Possibly the freshest, best cooked and prepared seafood I've eaten anywhere! Excellent food and the service is superb. Had local oysters both nights. Scallops cooked to perfection and shared the humongous seafood platter on our second night. Cheese plate was varied and plentiful. Husband had the famous fish and chips for lunch and it was gorgeous. Home made chips and fresh firm fish with crunchy, tasty batter. Worth the drive!

I dined at this restaurant twice during my hotel stay. The focus here is clearly on seafood, and it is executed very well. I must say that the service at Westward restaurant was better than the seafood restaurant, even though they had the same menus. The crab risotto was excellent and the grilled langoustines were also a tasty choice. However, I found the wine list to be overpriced for the limited range and choices available.

Stayed at Hotel ,food first class as was the service ,although hotel showing its self as now a little tired, views etc outstanding ,although prices for alcohol a little excessive for the measures that were submitted, not a great deal to do other than walking along the nearby Crinan Canal ,although this seems popular

The decor and atmosphere at this restaurant are cool, but be cautious of the young staff. The Lloyd Loom chairs of different styles can be uncomfortable. The breakfast served is quite lacking, with the fresh orange juice not actually fresh, but rather cheap. Dinner in this establishment may also be lackluster. Reserva una mesa ahora

Beautiful to walk down to from Crinan harbour, views were stunning, beer was great, fish could’ve done with a wee bit longer but it was cooked just not enough crispy bits for my liking, though those crispy bits were good. Atttentive staff with a smile you could see through a mask

We booked for dinner here one evening while stopping at a local bed and breakfast. The building is a bit run down but the food is excellent we really enjoyed are visit and will go again next time we are in Scotland.

Langoustines are amazing, the fish dishes are delicious. Staff very helpful friendly. What a fabulous view out across the sea. It’s busy so if staying at the hotel make sure you book in advance.

We only had breakfast at Westward, but we thoroughly enjoyed the kippers and poached eggs. It was the perfect Scottish breakfast with a view overlooking the sea. Reserva una mesa ahora

Mushrooms and poached egg were ordered for a cooked breakfast This arrived as two button mushrooms and a small poached egg on a 12 dinner plate
