my wife and I visited the wheatsheaf in midhurst several times recently and were never disappointed, always a very warm welcome as soon as we go in. food orders are always taken by attentive employees, and decent size...shares of foods that are always served, sharp and full taste (the Korean chicken wings are amazing) always arrive quickly. really nice meal and drinks in the wheatsheaf. we booked the wheatsheaf when we wanted a pub with more character than their average greene king and the wheatsheaf. great food, good beer and fantastic service. would recommend and we will definitely be back. thanks. the team could not have been more helpful or more attentive.

We popped in for a pint out of the blue. We were greeted by friendly staff and a good selection of drinks. I was particularly pleased to see good covid cleaning protocols between customers.

the perfect sunday roast with a beautiful welcome and excellent service. worth visiting for what they would expect from a well-run country pub.
