The roast beef dinner was exceptional, and the food truly deserves a perfect score. The service was impeccable, making the visit even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was inviting and cozy, though just shy of perfect. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant!
Went today for Sunday roast it was superb . Probably best we have had in a long time excellent price as well plenty of veg meat. Staff very friendly welcoming . It’s so nice for us to have somewhere decent in Plympton to eat . We shall be returning very soon Parking: Good carpark Food: 5 Service: 5

Just enjoyed our first Sunday lunch at the White Thorn.... lovely food and atmosphere.... just a pity I had to share my chocolate pudding with the kids... even after their free ice cream! Lovely little village pub with friendly staff and good atmosphere. Has a great outdoor area with a play park. As well as the goats there is a small sheep who thinks he is one too! Will definitely go back to see some music.
