Lovely man!Starting with a bread plate with the fluffiest croissant with truffle butter to oysters with caviar and edible gold, and unique shrimp macarons. I came with my girl-friends for lunch, the restaurant is in a quiet plaza, we were the first customers, the interior atmosphere is some Euro, some casual, I like the color tone. We ordered three dishes to share and 4 onion soups. And the chef gave us a special appetizer named “million dollars seaweed”, it was very unique and delicious, all of us loved it!!! Three dishes (beef short rib, uni pasta, artichoke salad )were very tasty and elegant, we finished all and ordered one cream brûlée as dessert, very creamy and satisfying!! The lady served us friendly and gentle, we had a great time and will bring more friends come back next time ! ??
I received a call from Wild Artichoke to inform me the day before our reservation for 4 guests on Mother’s Day was cancelled due to overbooking. I was very disappointed at first until my wife informed me it was ok since the food there now with new ownership is crappy and does not have the same quality of as provided under previous owner.We have always made an effort to support our local businesses in Yorba Linda, but we’ll be taking this one off our list. The food was fantastic—a hidden gem that I want to keep to myself for the sake of enjoying a unique culinary experience whenever I crave something different. From the outside, it appears unassuming, much like any other small eatery. However, inside, the ambiance is calm and has a touch of sophistication, reminiscent of a high-end restaurant. This is a cozy and welcoming restaurant, perfect for both casual and formal dining. The portion sizes are generous, and while the prices are average, the quality of the food is above average. Each dish is ample enough to share between 2-3 people, slightly more than what you'd find at Bestia. The drinks are reasonably priced, ranging from $40 to $50 per bottle. I would definitely return!
If you haven’t been to the new Wild Artichoke, you definitely are missing out! Absolutely delicious food!Enjoyed French Onion soup, Croque Monsieur with bechamel sauce and fabulous Chicken Supreme that had the most delicious pan sauce.Their restaurant manager was so friendly and accommodating, third time back and would absolutely recommend!
This place is phenomenal in terms of wine list, quality, service. It has amazing dishes and the chef, who often times would come out to check on the dining experiences, knows his ingredients and seasonal offerings. The only drawback is the strip mall area doesn't fit with the ambience. Seriously, top notch.
