I've separated myself here with my family for birthday. Unfortunately, eating was the worst I saw and ate in many years. chicken escalope and fish completely boiled over. my partner listened to salat was salat and sossed she asked for no han, but seriously. not crawling anchovies etc. horrific burgers boring tasteless and literally better in burger king. several items not on the menu bad stick control sticky toffe pudding incredibly bad bore no relationship at all. solid sponge cake no termine nuts etc. waitress was excellent, but embarrassing. has offered a discount of 20%, but to be British and not want to make a fuss as I host was rejected. about the reflection should have taken it. Yeste...

booked for Sunday morning was looking forward to the Sunday roast, but unfortunately everything was sold out before I arrived. the employees said they wanted to ask for advice before the arrival (mainly at other tables). Maybe they didn't know I had a foreign phone number? but that was the Easter weekend, and since I was already in the restaurant, I remained. the half of the ground floor is a lively bar and the other half with stands and tables, restaurant style. think about wood table and leather stand. the food was very good (fish and clobige chips, tffee pudding) service also good. So, my recommended would be to book early or call before the arrival if they have any special desires. maybe...

two of us went on a Friday night on the road and were surprised to find a pub that was empty relatiw, as all the other places that we passed were filled to overflow so we secured one table, we went in; ordered a pint of dark star hophead and sat us in a cozy corner at the door. during the investigation of our environment in the free time we discovered an older mix of patrons, with more people drinking wein than usually found in other pubs. I assume this is due to the proximity to exmouth market with a lot of fine dining facilities. our curiosity regarding the anesthesia of a mature quantity explained, we continued to finish our beer and on the look for...more

Went here for dinner with Huawei South Africa. It's a gastropub, which I'm told means food is more fancier than regular pub food. I was definitely impressed with the plating, but the service not so much. Sure we were a large group but there should've been another waiter assisting and making sure we were ok. We had to call the waiter to take orders etc; should've been more on the ball. I had haddock croquets as a starter, was so hungry at this point I didn't have time to take pics haha. And my main was a fish cake with garlic mash (which I asked for instead of cabbage) on lobster biqsue. Meal was large, couldn't finish it but good! Highly recommended.

This place used to be our favourite London pub for a very decent Sunday lunch but sadly yesterday’s experience wasn’t so! The two roast beef were sent back as the meat was so chewy virtually inedible. The roast potatoes were hard not crispy.. Yorkshire pud was cold. The 4 roast chicken dishes were dry tasted as if they had been re heated! The seabass chicken ham hock pie was good. They took £36 off the bill for the two roast beef but it was still a hefty £50 per head.

our first trip to the city for two years and we wanted to revisit the wilmo. I am glad to report that it is as good as always..Food of a very good gastropub standard and friendly and efficient service, as always the case in the far away...pre-pandemic days. we had the charter cake and the flat iron huh. general portions delicious food.

Food was perfect, service was efficient, our server Aoife worked incredibly hard to make sure we were having a good time, and the general atmosphere of the pub is lively. Would definitely recommend to all, and I will be back many times.

this place used to be busy, buzzy and wonderful staff and eating was excellent. after our visit last Sunday I felt like everything was gone. it was simply not the same, no more vye and no more croquettes, so disappointed
