The Woodman - Reservar una mesa

We booked 2 rooms for 4 people for 4 nights, with our friends in the room last night bugs were in bed. The floor in the room and bathroom was dirty and smelled unpleasant. The owner was not seen after the check-in or as soon as you paid. We were told that the rooms are not cleaned every day, which in itself is not a problem, but in the 4 nights the towels were not changed or the rooms were cleaned. On the very first day we noticed that the bedding has probably not been changed since our predecessors, as it was full of stains. In addition, the room carpet has not been cleaned and the sun protection hung down at the roof window. There were blood stains in the bathroom that were not wiped away....

A heart of the community pub, the Woodman is a simple, no frills pub offering a selection of keg beers and DoomBar for those that prefer a pint from a cask. This is also a hotel, if you wish to stay. A birthday being celebrated today, so quite busy. I enjoyed a good pint.

We recently hired The Woodman for my brothers 50th Party. The staff were absolutely amazing, they went above and beyond to help and made everything so easy. Thank you so much.....would definitely recommend this venue for private hire.

Had a Sunday lunch.....although seems popular....I thought rather disappointing considering the price....I'm sure also it was reheated.. £17+ frozen potatoes..... not worth it I would not recommend!!!

Excellent experience! We attended a friend's birthday party and everything was lovely. Nice back garden, very cosy. Service was very rapid and staff were very kind. I will definitely visit you again.

Rooms are TINY, no ability to control temperature. Literally on top of a pub. They sold out the pub for a private party with the worst music pumping until well past midnight! And we got locked in!
