The Works Craft Burgers Beer

I visited DLX Entertainment Group after being invited to check out the new burger place down the street, called The Works. Wow, what a meal! I would call it a burger, but it was more like a feast. I appreciated that our waitress, Jessica May, asked diners if they were "tapping out," because finishing that meal really was a challenge. Her dedication to customer service was remarkable—she even went the extra mile to ask a customer which sauce they enjoyed the most after their dinner. Great job, The Works, for hiring someone with such a positive attitude. Jessica is probably the best waitress I've ever had. I would give ten stars if I could, but five is the maximum!

We went tonight for my birthday. We had a terrible experience turn into an awesome one. We waited over 45 minutes for our food and were about to leave but the waitress insisted we were next up. She apologized profusely and gave us a discount and coupons. WONDERFUL customer service from her. I go there often and tonight was definitely blown away by how great we were treated and 5 stars to Caitlin our waitress! Thank you so much! You are a perfect example of how top of the line customer service should be! It was a great way to end my birthday Thank you again!!!

I absolutely love this place! It can be a bit expensive, but it's definitely worth it. I always go for the sexy burger, and I just can't get enough of it. I did try the Waterloo location, but it doesn't compare—the Kitchener location is the best. Highly recommended!

Absolutely incredible! Soooooo much food, you definitely get what you pay for and more. The jalapeños are hot as...um...what's a nice word here...heck. The bottomless fries will do you in, but it's worth the pain. LOL!! Reserva una mesa ahora

Absolutely fantastic burger meal. Our server was fabulous. Very friendly. Fast service, great service. A definite add to my personal list of restaurants to visit when possible. The Kitchener restaurant is top notch

We were here on Friday. Very busy night so it was quite a long wait for our food. We have been here several times now so we knew it was worth the wait. Service and food is always excellent.

Came in today. The best experience with my 2 kids. Very friendly server. And the food from start to finish was hot and fresh. Am already craving the burger I got. Can't wait to go back :
