The Wotton Hatch

I have probably driven past this pub a thousand times, as we were let down by another restaurant due to staff going down with covid, we made an online booking. When we arrived we were outnumbered by staff, but it soon became obvious as within a few mins the place was full! The food was good and the quality high, although I wasn't blown away, good but not memorable I have to say. Wasps seem to be an issue as we amongst others seemed to be dive bomded by kamikaze wasps hell bent on sharing our food!

large country pub in the surrey hills. large parking space and outdoor/garden area, looked beautiful on the inside, and the staff was friendly. that is clearly facing the pub is wonderful, and there are many places to go. only on the bottom is the main road next to her, but tbh wasn't that bad.

It would be nice if they concentrated a little more on taste but it may have been a unlucky visit. Great staff and nice surroundings.
