What an absolute gem of a restaurant! From the moment we walked in, we were treated with such warmth and attentiveness. The staff was incredibly friendly and engaging. The food was delightful; we had a speck and mushroom sandwich as well as a speck, brie, and cranberry sandwich, both generously portioned. All the employees were wonderful. While I admired the fantastic memorabilia from the show "Last of the Summer Wine," I noticed an actor from the series sitting next to us. He was such a charming person and kindly took a photo with us, which truly made our day. We can't wait to return to this lovely place!
This charming tea room is situated next to Nora Batty’s and Compo’s House. The service is outstanding, thanks to the incredibly friendly hosts. The food is fantastic, and they serve a delightful brew of Yorkshire tea, along with other drink options. Additionally, they offer various art prints inspired by the summer wine. This charming tea room is truly lovely, offering delicious food and a wide selection of hot beverages. The hot pork with apple sauce and the unique engraving on the dish were absolutely delightful, and the homemade chips were excellent as well. I didn't have room for dessert, but the cakes all looked wonderful and fresh!
Had a lovely afternoon tea here. They fitted us in at short notice and were very kind and friendly. It is a traditional tea room with charming decor. I had the vegetarian option which was delicious, especially the sandwiches

Fabulous service from the lovely staff, very welcoming, lovely food and very reasonable prices. Really enjoyed our meal and would definitely recommend a visit.
Beautiful quirky tearooms. Had regular breakfast with unlimited tea and coffee was lovely and not greasy at all. Would highly recommend only £7.50 each!!
