The theater is spacious yet cozy, with an intimate atmosphere. My experience at Shining City last night was truly impressive. My only concern was the lack of elevation in the seating area, causing some obstruction of the stage view for those seated behind taller individuals. As a petite person, I found myself straining to see past the heads of those in front of me, resulting in a stiff neck by the end of the performance.

I recently attended a performance by Ballet Black and was absolutely amazed! The theater had a very intimate feel, and my view from my seat in Circle B3 was excellent. There were only a few moments where I couldn't see one of the dancers on the right side of the stage.

saw fantastic big women who changed the world. really good performance, very informative, singing was also fab and humor. beautiful theatre with a Caribbean restaurant on the side of where we had a drink afterwards. beautiful atmosphere, will definitely go back.
