On the way back we were looking for a hotel with a bath robe tour between Fulda and Berlin with our one-and-a-half-year-old son and landed here. What should I say it was a great stay. We only wanted to book directly at the hotel, but it was posted in this way, which is why we booked via TUI. Later I saw that the hotel was also directly bookable, but no one contacted us and the price was significantly higher than TUI. We had the standard room (which is advertised with warm colors, but is simply unrenovated). Staff are really exemplary! Gastronomy is good and the food tastes. Some things might be cleaned more often, but there I am quite pingelig.The rooms are large and you have everything you need, however, they are outdated and sometimes need renovation. The bed is a complete ambiguity (quietcht at any movement and is stone-hard), The bathroom is basically ok (except that the flushing was permanently running, which did not disturb any further when the door is closed) but the shower was not modern. In addition, the room was very bright, that I felt every activity in the hallway.We had written an email with massage 3 weeks before our holiday. There was no answer! I then hoped for the confirmation...

very, very appealing and worth the money. the double room was very spacious. the wellness,- fitness and bathroom area was very good. the bathroom area is divided into several, different temerized so that something is there for everyone. there was nothing to complain about the laying. only, in our booking there was a three-course menu that we would have on the second night, but the cook has set it, we get it on the first. also the table choice is not left to itself. here it is advisable to book a nice one in the time. if that had not been, there would be a full partitur. all this, we are going back in any case and look forward to the coming relaxing days.

the Hotel am Vitalpark (Heilbad Heiligenstadt) is always beautiful! It offers the ideal time out from everyday stress! The staff is friendly and accommodating. The water temperature in the swimming area is still pleasantly warm and you just feel comfortable here. The bathrobe course is great; with access to fitness, spa, sauna and bathroom. we had received a wellness weekend. the hotel and room recommended. all fresh and modern furniture. the atmosphere in the hotel is very family and cozy. the food was excellent on one side and then grottig again. no idea how the kitchen gets it. the breakfast buffet is recommended. the absolute highlight is the beautiful sauna landscape. a great experience in the evening.

Breakfast was great! Unfortunately, the hotel room is not . The beds are strong in the years. The house is still very bright. Unfortunately, you get everything that is spoken at the bar or at the billiards. Rooms: 1 Service: 4 Location: 2

So dear hotel, I really liked the stay outside! The rooms were fine, but the food was really bad! I'm soaking up my frozen goods and warming up, then serving? No thanks for the experience I don't make again. I won't eat again!
