Here our dear blattlaus still had luck in the accident and I very much hope that next year, when again holidays in Arzgebirg are announced, it will be more lucky and will finally come to the full enjoyment of the good mountain cuisine, which this traditional restaurant has been family owned since 1843. Since the Thiele family operates agriculture today and 150 years ago, the processing of products from its own production and cultivation, e.g. beef and lamb, potatoes and eggs, is given a great deal of value in the preparation of foodstuffs. So we pampered with homemade sulphides and roast potatoes as well as with butter milk and blueberries. The latter is a large potato pancake whose mass is added butter milk. The fresh preparation of a buttermilk tea takes a little more time from rubbing the potatoes to golden-yellow-broken getzen, so we had to wait for our food for at least three quarters of an hour. Since we had no bear starving during the summer heat, a cool, sinful black beer and an enthusiastic conversation under a parasol in the small beer garden next to the gift could be well tolerated. Besides coagulating chickens and birds, there was nothing to hear and we could enjoy the tranquility and tranquility of rural idylls. After all, the friendly service quickly brought out our meals and was as fleeting as it appeared, disappeared into the gift. The homemade sluice consists of small, cooked, lean spices and is also not sour, but best sprinkled with onion pieces. The roast potatoes are wonderfully browned and are typically seasoned with a small cumin and marjoram. The also attractive homemade Remoulade is a poem. Even biting with the blueberries sounded very simple, but perfect as I like it. Prices are very moderate. We paid with drinking so around the 16 €. Those who find the way from Marienberg or Pobershau here to Gelobtland in this idyllic spot Earth surrounded by august forests should definitely return here!
