Third Avenue Alehouse

Third Street Alehouse is the perfect spot to meet up with friends and enjoy some drinks. They have a wide selection of craft beers and ciders. The atmosphere is cozy and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Don't forget to check out the back patio for a relaxing drink in the sun. The beer menu offers a good variety to choose from. On my visit, I tried the apple pomegranate cider from Turquoise Barn Cider and it was amazing! I initially had it on tap, but when I returned later in the day for another round, the keg was empty. Luckily, they had some bottles available, so I got two to enjoy there and one to take home. You won't be disappointed with this place. Stop by and try something new....

I had a great experience at 3rd Avenue restaurant! I was pleased to see a variety of non-IPA options on the menu, which is always a welcome change. The service was outstanding and very attentive. I also appreciated the personal touch, such as the heating on the backyard terrace to combat the cold February weather. The only downside for me, which is a personal preference, is that they no longer offer board games due to COVID restrictions. However, I will definitely be returning and will bring my own games for my group to enjoy. Overall, a great spot and highly recommended.

Third Avenue Alehouse is an awesome place to visit when you are wanting to have some great tasting beer. They have a good variety of beer to choose from. The servers are very knowledgeable and professional. This is right in the middle of the up and coming Third Avenue of Chula Vista. I've been here a few times and it is always a hit. I would highly recommend you visit Third Avenue Alehouse when you are wanting a good glass of beer. I'll definitely be back.

Usually around 30 beers on tap. Sometimes with a few ciders mixed in. Bottles and cans also available, but the selection's not nearly as wide as what's on draft. Some wines as well, available as a glass or a bottle. Good prices, decent seating, great bartenders. Probably the most consistently good bar on 3rd. awesome taproom in a great location. Friendly staff that's happy to give recommendations. Out back seating, I think they had around 15 taps? mostly really good California beers on! They also have limited bottles and cans to go, including some hard to find stuff! They sell hot dogs, and you can also bring in food if that's not your jam. I'll absolutely be going back!

I love this place. My friends and I found this place thru yelp. We went for the first time and it's been our spot ever since. Third Avenue has a chill and relax vibe to it. Perfect place to go enjoy drinks and conversation without yelling over music.

good atmosphere and great menu and eat. we had lasagna (3) beautiful portions. I had linguine with scallops and laughs.
