We ordered the prefix meal and my husband order the lobster bisq. and I order the sushi appetizer. The lobster was raw and the waiter said 5 other people complained as well it was replaced with the salad. My sushi was good. Then it took 45 mins later for our entrée to be served my husband and I both ordered the 10oz/6oz filet mignon w/ lobster tail which was good and the desert was good as well. Food, as always, was excellent. The problem, which is becoming consistent with Thom Thom is that they are VERY short staffed. We arrived a little before 6pm, for a 6pm reservation. The hostess and waiter were very attentive and pleasant. The waiter was very on top of everything. By 645-700 the restaurant gets busy and they just don't have enough staff. We had to wait almost 15 minutes to order our dessert (last time we were here we skipped dessert because by the time they got around to taking the order we didn't want it anymore) Then after we finished dessert we had to wait nearly 20 minutes to get our check. Went with 3 others for restaurant week. The appetizers (surf and turf roll especially and black angus meatball) were the best part of the meal. The restaurant was packed and the service was on the slower side when it came to each course being served. We all had the filet mignon which was cooked wrong for two of the party. Either that or they mixed up the orders since they were happy to just trade dishes. Desserts were average. Two of us had specialty martinis which were very well received and reordered. I was the only first-timer in the group. I would like to go back and see what it's like when it's not so busy and ordering off the real menu. Wasn't horrible but don't think I got their best...
Very nice dinner date….Chilean Sea Bass with sweet potato risotto was excellent…..delicious dessert of warm apple pie with vanilla ice cream….service was excellent….we have been here several times and the food has always been been excellent.

As always, the food and the service is always top-notch. Many delicious dishes to select from. Reasonably priced.
Food and Management were very good. Staff was Ok, and noise level made conversation not easy.
Waitress did not put my dinner order in. She put it 3 other people at our table besides mine.
Servers didnât rush you at all and the skirt steak and salmon were delicious!
