We arrived at the restaurant at 7:30 on a Saturday night and did not need to reserve a table as there was only one other table occupied. Despite this, there were many to-go orders being called in and picked up. The service was excellent, and I enjoyed the freshly brewed iced tea. The food arrived quickly and was hot and delicious. Although there were no beer or wine options listed on the folded paper menus, I did see other patrons with beer and noticed wine bottles along the back wall. Next time, I will inquire about the beverage selection.
Amazing place! I travel for work 5 days a week, destinations are all over the world. This restaurant did it! Not only the food is tasty, there is plenty of it for the price. To add to amazing food is the service, they actually listen to what I asked for (spice level), and also the side sauces I requested. Definitely try this place and enjoy authentic flavors and amazing service! I’ll be returning here on my next visit to SAN.
We dropped by to get take out for lunch, and we found our new favorite thai food place! Although it’s a bit pricey (13 dollars a dish) the food was amazing and the mock meat was really delicious! My boyfriend had the salmon and I had the yellow curry and both were tasty. The service was fast and very friendly and the restaurant was pretty and clean.
Giving 5 stars! Sure is one of the best Thai food in San Diego. Ordered the Red Curry, Crying Tiger (grilled marinated beef) and Som Tum… everything is so on point. Great taste! Will come back for more if coming to San Diego.

We got the pineapple fried rice, egg rolls, white rice, vegetarian delight with tofu that came with white rice , chicken pat see ewe and chicken satay. All were very delicious. Servers were friendly and accommodating.
The food was absolutely delicious! This restaurant is a great spot. We dined here before a concert at the House of Blues and highly recommend trying the larb and pumpkin curry. The experience was phenomenal!
Looking for Thai downtown San Diego? Definetly head to Thotsakan.. not much of atmosphere, but surely the great food and friendly service more then make up for it.

Good Thai food and nice vibe! Lovely staff. Their Mango with sweet sticky rice dessert is a must try!
