Three Amigos Mexican Grill

My kids like this place, I was never a fan of the ?soggy? takeout. Recently my son brought it home, I decided to put some nachos on a plate and try it. One bite and something crushed on my tooth, much to my surprise when I removed the object from my mouth it was a piece of GLASS size of pinky nail. I called asking for owner or manager, was told nobody was there. The girl on the phone offered a free order of nachos, I just asked to have someone call me back. Four weeks later two visits in person to the store never was owner or manager on site) I left name and contact info both times, still haven?t heard from them. I normally don't write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience at this restaurant. I recently ordered about $500 worth of food for a fiesta-themed party and was disappointed to receive quarter pans of food instead of the advertised full and half pans. As someone who works in the catering industry, I was shocked by their deceptive advertising practices. I had to call three times before finally speaking to the owner, who was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Not only did they mess up my order by mixing up my quesadillas, but they also failed to accommodate my family members who have dietary restrictions. The service was terrible. Despite their busyness, I tried to remain patient. However, after paying and waiting for an hour and 20 minutes, I asked how much longer for my order and was told 10 more minutes. This happened three times. After waiting for over 2 hours while standing in the restaurant, I decided to ask for a refund. I will not be returning. There are plenty of other Mexican restaurants that show more appreciation and respect for their customers. I recommend going elsewhere.

Great food and a wide variety on the menu! Not sure where some of these ?lesser? reviews are coming from because I tend to prefer Three Amigos of East Northport over most of the other Mexican restaurants in surrounding areas. Worst birria tacos everrrr, you can taste they didn?t marinate the meat long enough, and the cilantro and onion weren?t fresh. I really wish Long Island would just let it go. The only good place with birria is La Taqueria in Hicksville, and RVC on LI, I wouldn?t waste my time here or anywhere else.

Just in the neighborhood, we ordered dinner last night and the food was amazing, from Burritos, Tacos, Baja quesadilla etc. very tasteful and price is reasonable. Will definitely come back! Good job!

Terrible. I only have an fruit-burrito and it literally tastes like alcohol and rotted fruits. Pray for this place because it's worse every month.
