I visited Three Brothers Pizza Pasta to order a chicken cutlet hero with roasted peppers and fresh mozzarella, but the owner declined to make it, claiming he didn't know how. He expressed concern over losing money if I didn't like it and insisted on charging me $14.95 for it, while a chicken Parmesan hero costs only $11.95. Instead, I opted for a salad, which turned out to be just a heap of lettuce topped with a burnt piece of chicken, a few cucumber slices, and half a cherry tomato. I requested balsamic vinaigrette, but they were unfamiliar with it and instead provided a mix of oil and balsamic vinegar. I cannot recommend this restaurant. I called to report that something was missing from my meal, and the manager was quite rude. He insisted it wasn’t part of my order, even though I knew it was. They charged me an extra $6 for shrimp on my pasta, which felt like a lot, but I wanted to treat myself. I simply requested either a refund of the $6 or to have it applied to my next order. The manager refused to listen and hung up on me. When I called back, I spoke with a kind young lady; however, the manager took the phone and hung up after shouting at me for a second time.
