When staying at PI’s we don’t usually eat at the in-house restaurant – but as the hotel is relatively isolated we decided to have dinner and breakfast here…. Dinner was booked on check-in – restaurant quite large but not busy – food and drinks orders taken – the hunters chicken for me – my wife the haddock and chips – good pub grub level – well priced – bill came with a little saying – “every cloud has a silver lining” – a saying is attributed to John Milton….so it appears they are a literary bunch in Chariot Way.... Thyme restaurants are a well kept secret. Usually connected to Premier Inns. The staff members, remembered us from our visit a week previously. ~We were greeted with a smile by courteous and friendly staff. Although not all the menu options were available to order, there was a good choice. Food was served promptly, it was hot, of a good portion size, served on clean plates. We were checked on three times. Very attentive service, reasonably priced, in a good location with free parking. We will definitely return. Kaz Macklin

I would like to thank the staff for their helpful and friendly service. From the guide to the facilities to leaving the premises, the service was excellent. The food was of high quality, especially the sausages (and I make my own sausages). All of the trays were constantly refilled, and all drinks were included. We all enjoyed a fantastic Sunday morning breakfast. As children eat for free, it was a great value for our family group.

Worst experience ever! Ordered steak medium rare, arrived overcooked so was returned! Next steak was cooked correctly but tough as ol boot nails which we had to pay £2.00 extra for! Terrible! I had the chicken starter which was so old! Tasted too terrible which they substituted for a green tea!! Would not recommend a meal deal ever!!!! The food at this restaurant is consistently good, but I was disappointed by the staff's behavior, with the exception of the manager. They were openly disrespectful to senior staff and rude to me and other customers. It seems that training is necessary here and should be implemented as soon as possible.

Best breakfast I've had for ages, and the fact there was Unlimited orange juice was an bonus especially with kids : . Everything was delicious and all plates emptied after 2+ helpings : . I know where I'm stopping on my long distance jobs for breakfast.

Visited this hotel for breakfast and found it to be extremely clean and friendly. The staff including our waitress Nicole, were perfectly capable and extremely helpful. The food was excellent and the choice perfect.

After the pandemic, the usual Premier Inn menu has become significantly shorter, focusing solely on pre-made freezer-to-deep-fryer dishes. This could be a hit for those who enjoy this type of cuisine. Reserva una mesa ahora

Had an amazing breakfast sunday morning everything from sausage to black pud and hash brown. All nice and fresh. With proper sausages not Richmond specials. Polite kind and helpful staff.

Very good food well layed out very comfortable and the best staff possible. The menu is good and varied and everything tasted very good and certainly not expensive. Very pleased
