Unfortunately our service has been well below par. After making a reservation for the restaurant which was only half occupied we had to wait almost an hour for our food only to turn a plate away as the chicken was still pink, then had to wait an additional 45 minutes for the plate to return after being told it would only take 8 minutes. I would like to hope that this was maybe a ‘bad day’ due to potentially a staff shortage but being located next to an international airport, you would expect to have enough staff on to cope with an unusual influx of customers coming in. Very dated and dingy hotel. Desperately needs upgrades to the rooms and interior. We unfortunately got the worse room in the hotel, right next to the doors where everyone comes in from the lobby to go to their room. Room was not sound proof, could hear people coming through the doors at all hours of the night. The room itself was very cheap feeling. No toilet paper rolls... only a dispenser that gives you one slice at a time like a napkin dispenser. There was also a soap dispenser screwed to the wall for the hand soap, and another one on the shower wall for shampoo ew. Couldn't get anymore cheap feeling then this hotel. Definitely not worth the price, and the worst hotel we stayed at during...

Good social distancing measures. Everywhere nice and clean, There's not much of a view but I found the raised section of the interesting. The staff are all very friendly and always helpful. Nice little restaurant with good service and limited but tasty food, was served by wee Shannon who was extremely polite and helpful. Excellent value for money, the cheapest Premier Inn I've stayed at. I will definitely stay there again when next in Glasgow.

Shona, was the best at helping us out. My own stupid fault for not checking the dates, but even so, Shona and her team bent over backwards to help us out, please we were allowed to keep the car there for the two weeks were away. So a big MASSIVE thank you to the premier Inn Glasgow airport. Thank you, you were all fantastic. Definitely stay there away.

Perfect location. minute walk across the car park to the terminal. Decent pub/restaurant on site. Surprisingly quiet considering it’s next to a motorway and airport. You don’t hear anything inside. Got an awesome sleep. Starting to get a bit tired though and in need of some TLC. Rooms and corridors feel a bit dirty and dated.

Couldn’t fault this hotel. Staff were great. We arrived mega early and they kept our bags safe for us until we got back. We checked in around 1am and we’re still greeted pleasantly and ensured we all had a fab day. Rooms were clean and spacious. Perfect for what we needed. Will for sure be back.

Great proximity to the airport, but a very very dated hotel in need of a refurb especially the bathrooms (tiles need rerouting, cleaning) shower heads not clean. Depending on where your room is can be quite nosy as next to a very busy main road. Bed was comfy but that's about it really

Greeted with a welcome after a short queue at reception and was informed of the parking situation. Was given a key card after checking in and shown which way to get to the room. Overall polite and friendly staff..

Lovely comfortable hotel, min walk from the airport. Friendly staff, always pleased to help. Food choice is limited but that's good, everything is freshly made to order.

Perfect if you have an early am check in at the airport. Easy walk to the terminals, good hot breakfast, and excellent soundproofing.
