I really hate writing bad reviews, but... here goes.Stopped into THYME to get something small for breakfast & a nice coffee. After a quick look at the breakfast menu, I saw that you could get 'eggs any way on sourdough'. I ordered scrambled eggs (pointed to menu selection) and requested a side of some bacon and a flat-white coffee.Once paid for, I took my seat at a nice quiet table in the back. Shortly after, my scrambled eggs and bacon came out. Three things were clear: 1) where is the toast? 2) what is this yellowy-oily substance that is all over the plate and under the eggs, 3) Burnt... (not crispy) burnt bacon.When the coffee order came over, I asked the waitress "where is the toast?" Sh...
I wanted lunch at something better than a food court. This place was pretty full so we checked out the menu at the front. Quite extensive for a breakfast and lunch place. Very friendly greeting and service although you order and pay up front. Almost the whole menu can be made gluten free which was impressive. I had chicken cheese and avocado toasted sandwich which was delicious. Something worth noting is they have fantastic gluten free bread - not your usual white heavy slabs. So much so my companion happy ate my leftover half! All good but a bit pricey: $11 for a toasted sandwich. But they offer free tap water and it is a lovely little hideaway from the bustle of the shopping centre!
Visit was on a weekend for lunch for two people. Grab a menu, take a seat, order at counter and meals brought to your table. Very busy place with staff just keeping up. Menu is standard type fare but generous menu, however there are some asian style dishes. The vietnamese salad was served with grilled chicken sizzling, it was certainly not re-heated grilled chicken. Focaccia (vegetarian) was nice. Coffee was ordinary. The staff, despite being so busy, deliver food with a smile and were genuinely very pleasant. Cafe set up is nice, different from what you come across in most shopping centres.
Love this Cafe it's fresh open and the staff are very attentive . Menu is extensive and caters for all tastes . I had Satay Chicken and fried rice just beautiful fresh vegetables and not too spicy . The coffee was nice too . Priced right too . While sitting I noticed they had many regulars who often thanked them and said see you next week . Would highly recommend .

We often come here during our shopping expedition. The food is asian inspired and they have great coffee one teas. Great staff and service who pay attention to detail and your order.Often we meet up with friends who are also on their own shopping expedition. Highly recommended, take the 'Thyme' to check it out for yourself.
My husband & I have been meeting here weekly since our daughter was born 10 weeks ago. The cafe is lovely & friendly and the food is delicious & really affordable! As Im a barista myself I'm picky about my coffee but the coffee here is delicious & the barista has skill!Love it!
Thyme is always quick and the food is wholesome without being expensive. Staff are bright and engaging and provide excellent service. Have had a super grilled Salmon there and set a great standard. Never a problem to get a seat without any need to book.
Simply unexpected to enjoy great food at a shopping centre. For breakfast, I had poached eggs with avocado, quinoa and salsa....yum....and my partner had poached eggs with a few sides including heaps of bacon. We were both completely satisfied.

Love their Egs Benedict with Salmon good coffee and service The best pkace to eat in the shopping centre and often my visit is to cath up with my Son & Nephew good atmosphere
