We have been in France for a month this year, and have eaten in Paris and Burgundy. This restaurant is the best we have found. It deserves one or more Michelin stars. The chef is an artist of food. Everything we ordered was delicious and eye-pleasing. The service is very friendly and courteous. My wife had the lobster entree and it was a real surprise in its presentation and fantastic flavor. I had the rabbit terrine and was surprised how the chef could make something so delicious out of a rather standard dish. My wife's veal was unbelievably tender and tasty, and I had the trout.
