Tidalside Restaurant

The food at this restaurant was absolutely delicious. Our meal was fantastic and our server was incredibly impressive - she took 11 orders without even writing anything down! The food was exactly as promised, with our fish and chips being lightly battered and served with a Mediterranean salad that was perfectly spiced and fresh. We also enjoyed a homemade blueberry pie with ice cream, which was the perfect ending to our meal. Despite the unassuming appearance of the restaurant from the outside, the food and service inside were exceptional. I visited this restaurant again last weekend and was excited to find out that they had a special on wings. The sauce they use for the wings is one of the best I have ever tasted. We also ordered potato skins, which were good but could have been improved with a sour cream or vinegar dip and more cooking time. Despite this, we will definitely be returning to try their wings again.

This restaurant offers the best and largest bowl of seafood chowder that can be considered a full meal in itself. The fish and chips are delicious and worth the detour from the main highway. They also have daily specials available. The restaurant is a popular choice for repeat visits, with super friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere among both the staff and customers.
