The server thinks that if half and half is not refrigerated it is non-dairy. That is the response I got when I asked for non-dairy creamer for coffee. It reflects that the server thinks her customers are stupid and it got worse from there. The onion rings tasted like fried fish so something wasn't right with the oil used and when I told the server this she said they don't fry fish there. The tuna melt bread had a coating of oil like the bread was griddle heated. The oil tasted rancid. Disgusting. I had to insist I get another one and advised the server to advise the cook to clean the griddle of any old oil. The tuna salad was bland. The turkey club my friend ate was so bad with no taste that...

When my lady and I first came in the service seemed very friendly and inviting, that changed once we were seated. The server was happy but very uncaring and nonchalant as if she didn't care whether we ordered or ate there. As if we should be grateful that we were allowed to eat there. The food wasn't that great, although my lady loved the BLT. Let's be honest though, as long as the bacon is crispy, and you have some mayo, and lettuce. I chose uncle John's bowl, which again, wasn't very good. Tasted like all the ingredients were cooked separately and then put together. Flavor was lacking. The potato pancake was overcooked and tasted bad in general. I love potato pancakes but these were poorly...

We went on a Sunday, after church. We waited about 10 mins to be seated, then 15 more for a waitress to come for our drink/food order. We did like the diner atmosphere and all the family photos. There were a couple large parties already seated. Our food came about a half hour later. The food seemed bland, but the portions were large. Service was fine once we placed our order. We ordered the Egg Benedict and Florentine. Maybe try this place again but order lunch. The sandwiches look very large.

We went on a Sunday morning so the wait was exceptionally long, but that’s to be expected. The walls are lined with tons of old photos, signs, clippings, and other paraphernalia so standing around looking at all of that made the time go by faster. The service was great and the atmosphere was fun. The food was alright, but nothing amazing. It’s definitely the sort of place you go to more for the atmosphere and the people there. The prices were unreasonable, and my fries were burnt. The server attempted to claim that the charred taste was some kind of seasoning. Do they really think customers are foolish? The staff was rude and hardly paid attention to us. I won’t be returning.

The entire staff was exceptionally welcoming and kind. Our server, Violet, was fantastic! She was very attentive and friendly. The food was delicious! We will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely love this place. The service is wonderful and the food is amazing. They always make us feel welcome even when we get there just before closing time

Coming here forever. Always great. Can get busy...but that cuz it's so good. Worth a bit of a wait now and then.
