I would give tiffs tasty a rating of 2.5 stars. They are recommended as having the best cookies in Atlanta, but as huge fans of sweets, we were a bit disappointed. We ordered 5 cookies and a blondie for $13, which were served freshly heated. The customer service was good, but we found the flavors to be a bit repetitive and overly sweet. Our favorite cookies were the lemon and white chocolate almond. However, we found the blondie to be hard and the salted caramel chips to overpowering. The texture of the cookies was not as expected based on the photos. Overall, we were not impressed and probably would not order from them again as the desserts were not worth the price.
Stopped in to use a coupon on May 26th around 6:45 pm for a dozen of free cookies because online was too hard to navigate. Store was completely empty. Once inside I was told to place my order through the app. Put the order in for ASAP. Placed the order and was told I had to wait until my pickup time which was ASAP- 35mins away. Cashier could not tell me why I had to wait so long he just said I had to wait. Please make me understand why do I have to wait for cookies that’s already made and there nobody in the store???? I will not be returning!!!!
a great thank you for a great customer service. we are in atlanta to the birthday of our daughters and their favorite cookies are chocolate chips. I made a mistake and entered the wrong peach. the customer service was excellent, they helped me through the order and had delivered warm cookies. Call me when the driver was on the way. would be highly recommended if they are in the city. you made my daughter happy again!
I ordered from Tiffs Treats for the first time and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed! Not only is the packaging top-notch, but the cookies arrived still warm and beautifully wrapped in a bow. It felt like a special treat to myself on this lovely Sunday evening. The cookies were fresh and absolutely delicious. I highly recommend them, 10/10!

During our visit to Charlotte this weekend, we made a stop at Tiff's Treats and we are so happy we did! Another tourist standing next to us mentioned that we made a great choice as he was coming back for more. We decided to get a dozen cookies to take back to New Jersey. They were delicious and the staff was super friendly.
So I didn’t actually order. This is just a basic announcement that your drivers are reckless. I was pulling into my hotel the la Quinta by Wyndham Atlanta perimeter medical and they cut me off and I had to slam on my breaks very aggressively. Please let them know to look before they just pull off, thanks.
I sent my aunt a birthday treat and she was so happy. The cookies arrived warm, on time and delicious! Thank you so much for sending love when covid put distance between us. It really made the day feel special ?
James was extremely helpful and accommodated my request to move my order to an earlier time. The customer service was truly exceptional!
