The cookies are my favorite! However I had them delivered with ice cream for my boyfriend and I’s anniversary. The window was set for 4-5pm and I actively did not check the box for the window to be flexible. Cookies were delivered at 3:30 and I did not get home in time to get them before the ice cream melted in the 90 degree weather. The order was $40 for melted ice cream. Not previously familiar with TIFF’s but was delighted in their cookies. I can take or leave any other dessert but love cookies.I just dropped into their storefront but still very much enjoyed their warm cookie offerings. I tried the classic chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, snickerdoodle and a limited time banana bread muffin cookie. This will be heavily hinted birthday suggestion for me for future birthdays.
Great cookies IF you can get them. Half the time my orders never go through, I’m not charged and they are not delivered because it’s a very user on friendly website. I really needed to send some cookies and it was impossible on Valentine’s Day. I started 48 hours in advance, trying to order them, and it never worked.
These are the cookies you talk about your grandma making. The same ones you leave out the night of Dec 24th, or what you bring a friend to mend a broken heart. The feel good, warm, and soft texture that makes a cookie a memorable experience. Please enjoy irresponsibly!

Can't say anything about this business other than they will charge your card somehow and you never order things from them. I personally hate sweets yet I have a charge on my credit card from this place. Never ordered there. Call and you never can get an answer.
the personal was rude about the fact that we did not call our order and also had to heat up the cookies. no, where did I see that the commands should be called before the time. do not be open to the public when there is a problem for people to go to cookies.

We came in during our weekend visit from Florida. Love how they warmed up their cookies for you! Cookies were delicious, cute little place, the gentleman at the counter was friendly.

I had delivered this from my mother in law to my men hospital rooms. they came warm and are the best cookies we cost. we will definitely visit a Tiffs treatment in the near future.
