Very surprised to read some of the reviews from visitors at TigerBay Shisha and Carlton Lounge as we have always had excellent service and the food is some of the best Indian dishes we have had.We were seated inside the TigerBay Shisha Lounge however as this has open sides all round and even an open roof in warmer days or nights, we felt completely safe and COVID protected. The evening was very busy but had a great atmosphere and we didn’t feel cramped or as if we were too near to other customers. I was here on a group booking, And to my surprise we were allowed to eat indoors and sit as a big group? we were fully prepared to sit in small groups. But the most shocking aspect was we were inside and eating. I thought with the National restrictions this WAS NOT allowed. I am confused how TigerBay are getting away with this in the National Pandemic and other businesses are suffering.
Loved the vibe of the place great and friendly staff, Big up Yogi he was very helpful and showed great customer service, there was also a young lady in the VIP section that I did not get her name she was very friendly and also showed great customer service. Food was nice and the music was decent overall this place has a cool vibe and I'll defo be returning soon.
Disgraceful staff , so rude and non attentive , put us near the door was freezing ,ordered one drink and then said your times up after waiting in the queue for 25 mins to get inside , then only excepted cash...so had to go cashpoint , terrible service ..never ever again DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Excellent service by nuzi. Very good shisha recommendation. He was very attentive and polite. Kept checking in to make sure everyone was ok. Shisha was changed often and without us having to ask Lovely time We will be back soon Thanks
Great food. Big portions. The cocktails are so good too. My new favourite spot in London. Also the service was amazing!! Thank you Nuzi our server for making it such an enjoyable experience for us

Amazinggg food I really enjoyed my time at tiger bay. Fast service, drinks were strong. Was a bit cold but I would come back
