No longer Le Rendez vous, the restaurant has recently reopened as Lucter L'irreductible gaulois. The décor is simple, clean and charming with plenty of space around tables. The welcome is warm and friendly and the staff attentive and obliging. The food is wonderful, well prepared and beautifully presented, with all of the ingredients sourced locally and fresh that day. We had lunch there on the 28/5/15 and enjoyed every mouthful. The vegetables and sauces accompanying the dishes were superb and we were not alone in using the bread to clean our plate so as to not waste a drop. The menu which changes daily offered a choice of two starters /main course /desert as well as a good selection of loc...

I tasted very good cocktails here, especially the one at the Chartreuse, the creations are excellent, I highly recommend them, all with a great decor and musical atmosphere! I haven't tasted the dishes yet, but they look very good too. A good address to Cahors, who closes late that's more!
This review is for Lucter, not Le Rendez Vous apparently Google ties things to the address, not the name, but Le Rendez Vous is gone, it is now Lucter. Really nice staff, great, creative cuisine, wonderful ambiance and very close to the cathedral great location. English was spoken, too
Truly a classy cocktail bar. This place has style, and exceptionally well made cocktails to back it up. If you’re anywhere near Cahors, do not miss Tiger Milk. Drinks that are inventive, all the classics, and fresh ingredients every time. Wish I was there right now, can you tell?
