I have a cup of their milk tea almost every day. As a senior milk tea lover, I have tasted all brands of milk tea. I hate that milk tea contains various creamers and abnormal condiments. The taste in my mouth is very bad. Tiger Sugar's milk tea makes me feel very high-end. The taste is endless and I never tire of drinking it. It is the best milk tea I have ever tasted. If you like to drink milk tea full of creamer, then I won't It is recommended that you choose here.
The drinks are fantastic, and it's one of my favorite spots. However, I've noticed that the customer service has declined significantly since my first visit. I don't understand why there's an issue with customizing the ice or sugar levels—when I visited Tiger Sugar in NYC and LA, there were no such restrictions. The employee who assisted me wasn't rude, but she was quite cold and indifferent compared to staff at other cafés.
This popular spot has finally made its way to South Florida! If you're looking for some really good brown sugar boba tea you're in for a treat. They have many options to choose from not just brown sugar and even have seasonal delicious flavors that you'll miss once they're gone. My favorite boba spot in the area! Tiger sugar is a worldwide milk tea company. Price point is pretty normal for milk tea. As soon as you walk in, they have machines to take your order, where you also pay there as well. Establishment is clean, and lots of parking available outside. Service is quiet, but as far as the hospitality, not really the place to expect it from as it is considered more as a pick-up spot.
3.5 Stars. Tiger Sugar consistently delivers high-quality drinks, especially with favorites like #1, 2, 6. The introduction of self-service kiosks reduces staff interaction, impacting their energy levels and customer engagement. Unfortunately, this has led to a lack of greetings and smiles, leaving a somewhat disappointing experience for customers.
If you're a fan of boba, this is the spot for you! Be sure to try the black sugar pudding milk—it's absolutely delicious!
