Bought food here during the ice storm when a lot of people had power outage. Went to this location right as they opened, actually waited for them cuz I remembered the food tasted good and were decent portions.Unfortunately, I was greatly disappointed. The portion was so little, they gave 3-4 pieces of general Tao chicken but they were tiny to begin with. The fried rice tasted bland and old. It felt like the owner really cheaped out on EVERYTHING. There wasn't much choice to begin with and the options all looked sad.They might have changed owner cuz this place used to serve good food for good price. Now, it just really felt like a waste of money. Really disappointing.
This place needs to shut down. I'm surprised it's still open. I got the three-choice platter : Egg roll (1), general tso's chicken, vegetables and noodles (instead of rice). The egg roll was so bad: the shell was so tough and weird, like the egg roll had been reheated a few times. The chicken tasted bitter and off, the sauce wasn't sweet at all and didn't taste like anything. The vegetables were alright but the noodles were ice cold. All this, with a fountain soda, for the sum of 18$ (not a typo). That's my last time eating at this chain.
Horrible, got a refund. Chicken was moldy, spring roll was soggy. If you managed to remember to check reviews before ordering…be warned! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Fairly sure my fiancé and I will have food poisoning/diarrhea from this. This place needs a food inspection and to be shut down. EDIT: I posted this review 33 min ago sitting in the food court, currently I’m on the toilet doubled over with stomach pain and diarrhea. DO NOT EAT THIS/GET A REFUND!!!!!!!
I used to enjoy their food, but the last time I ate or allowed anyone to eat their egg rolls, they were uncooked and pink inside. The rice was dry, even with sauce, and the General Tao chicken had a mix of hard pieces inside, even though the chicken was soft and uncooked. It was a total waste of money and has ruined my opinion of Chinese food. I can only say that I will never eat there again.
The taste of food was awuful.It was the first time that i throug away my dishes in my life.I don't know what was the problem but i felt terrible.You can find out the taste of the food, by looking at the people who decide to have something from here. While all other places have long lines, here it is very rare that you could find somebody who comes and order something
The hostess was friendly, but the food was awful. They only had chicken and rice with vegetables for the appetizer. They didn't have the traditional beef with broccoli dish. The rice was bland and lacked vegetables or egg. The sauce for the chicken was also disappointing. I do not plan on returning and would not recommend this restaurant.
I would give this restaurant a 0 out of 5 rating. The food quality, customer service, and hygiene were all very poor. The person at the front counter coughed into their hand and then handled my food without washing their hands. I would recommend not wasting your money or risking your health by dining here.
Honestly, worst asian restaurant ever if I can even call it a restaurant... Everything was watery and there was no taste to the food whatsoever almost seemed inedible. Manchu Wok does it better. I highly recommend skipping this place if you want to eat something that's worth the money.
