It's difficult to review this place fairly. On one hand we're talking about Tim Hortons food which is fantastic so I would definitely give this a better review if it was just based on that. But it's not. My reason for the mediocre review is purely for the details that are continuously overlooked at this particular location. They messed up my drink that?s not cheap! They sold a frozen hot chocolate that wasn?t even chocolate it?s so white it?s a vanilla shake. So disgusting! I literally have to add my own chocolate syrup to make it edible. What a waste of time and money! They should close this location it?s not worth going to. The one 2 miles away is far superior. Ordered two bagles, with veg cream cheese, wound up getting the thinnest layer of crumb and chicken filled vegetable cream cheese I've ever had. Obviously they were too lazy to tell me they ran out or get a new batch out and gave me the disgusting scrapings on their what I can only assume is a filthy spatula which would explain how some one else's who knows how old left over chicken and crumbs got into my bagel. I've worked in restaurants for about 10 years now including fast food this is absolutely ridiculous. How sad they can't even make a edible bagel.
not sure how a bacon egg and cheese is supposed to have lettuce and tomato???? i have been coming to this tims for years and they have messed up my order numerous times. this was the final straw for me, not only did the employee go out of their way to ruin my breakfast but the eggs were ice cold and the bacon as well, gross. i don?t even trust them for coffee and donuts anymore. just gonna go to mcdonald?s up the road for breakfast from now on

To my understanding Tim hortons ratio for cream and sugar is different then anywhere else. Alright that’s fine, so I got used to 1 cream 2 sugars. Maybe 1 out of 10 times I will get the sugar. Maybe the machine is broke not sure but it’s annoying when you pay over 3$ for coffee and don’t get it the way you order it.
there was a hair stuck in the cap of my drink, they messed up my food order and the girl at the window had started raising her voice because I wanted my receipt to make sure I wasn?t charged anything else. Also they will put cheese or random things on items that don?t come with it. Don?t go here lol
There rude in the morning! There food is disgusting! I'm just disappointed. McDonald's down the street is doing better than this place . It's ridiculous. No I'm not a Karen either ? also why did they take away the lactose free milk ? Cause that's where the rudeness came from .
I?m pretty sure I got day old food?.donut was stale and the cream inside was separating and the egg and cheese on the English muffin was cold and stale. I love Tim Hortans but this was a rough visit. Also didn?t get a receipt.

This location has gone down since it first opened. They sometimes get the orders wrong and they hurry you up in the drive through. The place is clean and the employees are nice but something is not right.
