Tim Hortons - Reserva de mesa

I have ordered a few times about the app that is very clearly not updated regularly. twice there was evidence that an article was in store, but when I was at the place where they didn't. if that happens, they will offer you donuts because they obviously cannot refund you. then they reach the support that tells them to be contacted, which takes about a month, if not anymore, but they can not refund them either. eating is okay for a quick stop, but when they go, order them as a walk because it is possible that they will be disappointed when they arrive.

Been coming here since they open best place ever. NOW THEY CHANGE DIFFERENT EMPLTHE NEW SPANISH LADY IS NOT PROFESSIONAL I ASK FOR HOT COFFEE, SHE GAVE ME COLD COFFEE WITH ICE .I SAID CAN YOU CHANGE IT .THIS BIT..H SAID NO I CANT CHANGE IT OR A SWAP .SHE SAID COFFEE COAST MORE THEN THE ICE COFFEE..WHAT A LIE SHE FRAUD ME MY $1.68 ..INSTEAD CHANGING THE COFFEE...NEVER AGAIN LACK COMMUNICATIONS DONT CARED

Not what it used to be a few months ago. New Hispanic guy working there is always on his phone and then gets your order wrong. New Hispanic lady working there has her kids in there running all over the place talking to them etc not paying attention to what you are ordering. No I don't have anything against Hispanics. Won't be seeing me again.

They lost a great employee and now it went down the hill, I've tried to give it a try multiple times but my simple ice coffee can't get done correctly anymore. I now see all her regulars at Dunkin' Donuts in the am. Value your employees. Reserva una mesa ahora

the lady behind the theke is always hospitable and pleasant and I like to eat it. you have to try the Oreo-Frosty.
