From PA and had never tried food from a Tim Hortons. Stopped here on our way to Niagara Falls. The location had a relatively new appearance. We placed 5 orders for lunch with soup and sandwhich combinations. The employees seemed overwhelmed by the orders even though they weren 't that busy. We waited at least 15 to 20 minutes for the first order to be made. The food wasn 't very good and some of the paninis were so burnt the bread was black. Also, I watched the manager of this location clean a table by wiping the debris to the floor with a paper napkin. Looking around, most of the locals were ordering coffees and pastries no lunch items. I would not recommend this place for sandwiches.
