Tim Hortons - Reservar una mesa

I recently visited this Tim Hortons location, and I had a disappointing experience. My coffee was prepared incorrectly, and when I kindly asked for it to be fixed, one of the workers responded in a rather unfriendly manner. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she rolled her eyes at me, which I found quite unprofessional and off-putting. I'd recommend avoiding this place if you can.

Bad management and worst service ever. The short Asian manager (probably Filipino) messed up with my order. She did not apologize. With verybad attitude, she insisted I did not pay the cream cheese for bagel which I ordered clearly and supposed to get charged in the first place. I wasted 15 minutes in the morning to get the right bagel and solve her stupid mistakes.

We waited 25 minutes for our food, only to find out that we received the wrong order when we got back. How is it possible that the staff here can be so incompetent? This is one of the simplest jobs, yet they still manage to mess it up. I won't be returning to this location again.

I placed an online order for a limited triple berry tea, but after driving 15 minutes to the restaurant, they informed me that they couldn't make it. If you can't fulfill the order, why accept it in the first place? This was a waste of both my time and gas.

Best tim Hortons! Been around but this Tims excellent in service and fast drive thru! Always fresh coffee and donuts! Lunch and soup are amazingly fresh! Team are excellent and always happy.

Wow! Best service ever! Restaurant are very clean! Staff are friendly and helpful. All product and service are always at the top. Kudos to the owner and management.

Good drive thru service. The line was long but moved very fast and we got our food fresh and in time.
