Regarding Tim Hortons transaction #914346 from today around 10:30am: My drink was made incorrectly (cappachino instead of latter , but the lady helping me at the drive thru was nice about it and remade it. That being said, halfway through my drive to work (going to work in healthcare in a busy ED , I took a sip of the drink and realized that it had tons of sugar. I had requested that the drink be made with only one pump of vanilla flavoring, or less. I called the store and explained that due to time constraints, I could not turn around, and was advised immediately, We need the product back. I explained that I could not due to time. I went there this morning, used the drive thru, and they got my order wrong. I clearly ordered a #1, with an iced coffee, along with my son's drink. His came out okay, but they gave me a hot coffee, and no hashbrown. When you order a breakfast meal, you should get the meal, not a sandwich and some small coffee (they asked me the size I wanted, never done that before, knew something was up/wrong). I didn't want to hold up the line, so I called them and they said I got what I paid for, but still 11 bucks is too much for the 3 items I got. Should have just gone somewhere else...

This is got to be one of the most expensive Tim Hortons I have ever been to and plus they don't do senior discounts what's wrong with this, I thought it was part of a Tim Horton franchise apparently they don't follow the same rules as every other Tim Horton that I have been too in the State Of Mi and trust me that's alot. If it weren't for loving Tim Horton's Coffee they would have only got one star

Every time I go to this location nothing ever tastes right. I get the same thing every time I go to a tim hortons and it tastes just fine. I come here and it’s almost like they intentionally mess the drinks up. I keep getting less and less cream and sugar to solve my problem and it never helps. The owner appears to be a diligent and friendly individual, but the overall service is quite slow, and the quality and consistency of the food can vary significantly. It doesn't seem to offer much value to the West Bloomfield community.

If you want to operate solely as a drive-thru, then just make it a drive-thru. A small sign on your front door doesn't really help anyone. I have a young child who needs a table to eat at; it’s not practical for them to eat in a car.

Coffee is great, inside staff is very friendly and efficient. The only place I've ever consistently gotten toasted bagels that are both burnt and cold. That takes talent. *eye roll*.

We waited in line and were informed twice that someone would assist us shortly, yet no one ever came. We're very disappointed and do not recommend this place.

Never coming here again. This is the second time I’ve gotten timbits. Both times they’re not fresh at all. Very dry and old. Don’t buy food from here.
