I visit this restaurant every day! While they occasionally make mistakes, they are always quick to resolve them. The staff is incredibly friendly, and I love going there for breakfast. Their rewards program is fantastic; I had a technical issue, but their tech support was really helpful. I'd love for them to offer fountain soda, as it's not available in the new building. It gets busy around 7 AM on weekdays, but the wait isn’t long at all!
Tim Hortons forgot two items with our order. Both were breakfast sandwiches as part of combo meals one bacon, egg cheese on a crousaint sandwich 5.27) and one bacon, egg cheese on a biscuit. 4.90) Both sandwiches were missing, however their hash browns and companion beverages arrived!!! Very disappointed in the lack of attention given to my order. I apos;ll be spending my hard earned elsewhere!!!
On July 4th, we visited in the morning. Despite being very busy, the staff remained calm and composed. I could really sense their kindness! Tim Hortons clearly does a great job! The employees work together wonderfully and seem to genuinely enjoy each other's company, which creates a fantastic work environment. God bless America and Canada too!
I gave up on this location, how does a donut shop run out of donuts day after day? I stopped going to this location after they were out of Plain and Boston Creem donuts on my last four times in the drive thru. They lost me forever. Reserva una mesa ahora
They offer coffee, bagels, and donuts, but they’re frequently out of items and often get my order wrong—99% of the time, in fact. This will be the last time I visit any of their locations!
This is our favorite Tim Hortons, and there were quite a few of us. We really enjoyed chatting with Kevin and observing how he interacts with both the employees and the customers.
Waited forever for coffee and donut and management felt comfortable discussing store business out in the open very unprofessional worst experience
