Went inside to order. Super busy. Ordered 2 belts, then asked for a breakfast sandwich, but was told they stopped serving breakfast at 11 (it was 12). ok fine, so I got a sandwich (gross, cold, non cooked bacon)As I was waiting for my grub, I saw a bunch of breakfast wraps going out the door ?! So why can I have 2 belts that have egg and bacon but not those 2 things on an English muffin ? And why are you making breakfast wraps if it's not breakfast..... lady making the food was pretty ignorant. I'd say your staff better learn what's going
I recently had a visit to Tim Hortons and, unfortunately, I experienced a troubling incident of racism from a staff member. The behavior I encountered was unacceptable and very alarming. It’s crucial for businesses to create an inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels respected. I sincerely hope that the management will take the necessary steps to address this issue and prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.
I have nothing negative to say about this restaurant. Each time I've visited, mostly in the mornings while heading out of Halifax, the staff has been very friendly and the service has been reasonably quick. The location is convenient as it's right off the highway and next to an Irving Big Stop, allowing you to fill up with gas and quickly grab a coffee. Overall, it's a solid choice if you're in need of some Timmies.
