Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience in this hour horton. I know that a person's complaints will not change the world, but I want others to know about my service. I threw the drive-thru with a simple order of 3 drinks and an inquiry for buying hockey cards. They did not have my order on the screen, nor did they repeat my order, now it was not busy, but I felt rushed my order and payment. I noticed they didn't give me my hockey cards after I finished paying. I went in to ask her and I was told that they didn't ring it so I would have to pay the full price. They agreed that it was their fault, but nevertheless, would not provide me with hockey cards at the price of drinks purchase. Not a big deal right? But then the worker did not begin to raise a visible name sign) and to become defensive. At this point I went. I know it's not a big ticket item, but I feel how they were dealing with their own mistake was very annoying. I won't return.
