On Saturday around noon, the restaurant was nearly empty, with only two other customers present. Our order was a complete mess: we received our tea but not our coffee, and got a sandwich but no salad bowl. After waiting 25 minutes to be seated, it was clear there was a lack of coordination among the staff, as well as a lack of leadership. The drive-thru seemed to take precedence over in-house customers, leading to a chaotic experience. Another customer mentioned that she had pre-ordered via the app, yet had waited as long as we did. I’ve used this location growing up and it has gone down hill so drastically since then(I am 40 . No matter what time of day I go there they never have anything or it’s an extremely long wait as they do not properly prepare for the items they offer on their menu ESPECIALLY their dinner and supper menu items. The saddest part I find is that they are supposed to be a donut and coffee shop first and they never have any donuts cookies timbits or other baked goods available other then the very first of the day and even then it’s slim pickings and it’s a shame because for the most part the customer service is great it’s just a location I have now decided to no longer use because of the lack of avai...
During the weekdays, my experiences have been quite pleasant, which is why I wouldn't rate this place one star. However, the weekends leave much to be desired. My coffee never tastes as good as it does during the week, and the service is incredibly slow. I waited 15 minutes in line with just two people ahead of me. It’s the same staff member every time — she’s friendly, but not very efficient. The drive-thru is also frustratingly slow. I'm left wondering why this is the case, and why my coffee tastes so different on weekends despite ordering the same thing every time.
